PINTAR Learning
PINTAR is an innovative e-learning platform that has been helping learners through a desktop application. With a growing user base, PINTAR identified a need to enhance accessibility and engagement by expanding to a mobile platform. The "PINTAR Learning" mobile app now allows learners to access resources on-the-go, aligning with trends toward mobile learning and microlearning.
Objective
The goal of developing "PINTAR Learning" mobile app was to extend the functionality of the desktop version to mobile users, providing a seamless learning experience across devices. Key objectives included:

Users can learn anytime, anywhere – right at their fingertips. With the same full features as the web version, the mobile platform ensures that users can access all learning materials, complete modules, and track their progress without limitations. Whether using a smartphone or tablet, the interface is optimized for a smooth and intuitive experience.
Thanks to real-time sync, users can seamlessly continue their learning journey across devices. Activities completed on the mobile app will instantly reflect on the web version, and vice versa. This flexibility allows users to stay engaged with their learning goals, no matter where they are or what device they use.
Product Development Process
To improve learning accessibility, we applied the Double Diamond Framework in developing the Pintar Learning mobile app alongside the responsive platform.
During the Discover and Define phases, we identified the need for a seamless, on-the-go learning experience with synchronized progress across devices. These insights led us to focus on real-time sync and web-level feature parity.
In the Develop and Deliver phases, we built a dedicated mobile app optimized for performance, usability, and continuity—empowering users to learn anywhere, anytime, without being tied to a desktop.
